First malatang place that looks clean and is so efficient with their system! I really liked the fact that there was barely any cross-contamination between sauce bar and ingredients bar

The dry pot here is the star. Loaded mine with beef, bok choy, baby corn, mochi fishcake, and quail eggs, all tossed in a spicy, savory sauce that coats everything perfectly. They even serve crispy wontons before the dry pot comes out, which is a nice touch. Portions are generous, ingredients are fresh, and the flavor is bold without being overwhelming. If you’re into hot pot flavors but want something faster and punchier, the dry pot at Yin Tang Irvine is a must.
