Mother Wolf Las Vegas

We loved everything we ordered at Mother Wolf! The pasta was really good! My son ate most and also had most of the ribeye. We got free desert for celebrating my hubby and son’s birthday. We also ordered a pumpkin budini and it was very tasty! The ambience was nice and Italian-like.

Mother Wolf serves Roman-style thin crust pizzas, like Margherita and Fichi e Prosciutto, alongside pastas and antipasti in a dramatic, upscale setting. The pizzas are praised for their flavor and crispness, though prices are on the higher side.

the aesthetics were 💯😍 also i highly recommend the short rib meatballs and homemade focaccia bread!!😮‍💨

Mother Wolf,located inside Fontainebleau hotel, is THE most authentic Italian restaurant in town,specializing in typical, Roman cuisine, namely pasta dishes.Everything we had,including the Rigatoni alla Carbonara,Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe and Polpette di Coda(Short Rib Meatballs-not made the typical Italian way,but were INCREDIBLE),was TO DIE for.Pricey, but worth the money,and the calories!
