This was our first time at Origin and it exceeded all or expectations, to say the least! The service was top notch and the quality of all the meats were great. This was the first time we had thinly sliced pork cut in rounds, which was unique but also very flavorful and crispy, which we really enjoyed.

Good quality not great banchan or value

I feel like the meat quality was good but not worth the hype that I’ve heard about this place. The service was really good though and we didn’t wait long on a Tuesday night. It’s pretty pricey and I’m not sure I can confidently say the quality is worth the price.

Ordered the Origin Family Set and left pretty underwhelmed. For a Korean BBQ spot at this price point, the meat quality was disappointing—nothing stood out, and some cuts felt average at best. On top of that, there was confusion around their own promotion; staff didn’t seem clear on the details, which made the experience frustrating and slowed things down. Overall, pricey for what you get, and not somewhere I’d rush back to given the quality and service issues.

Our table was already arranged with corn cheese and Bonchon dishes before we received our seats. We followed with warm greetings and enjoyed all the delicious food. We want to note that the two-person beef meal was actually enough for 3-4 people. We especially liked the marinated short ribs.

We ordered the two-person meals, and they were so generous that they provided enough for our family of four with two small kids. We were even pleasantly surprised to receive ramen at the end after the BBQ, completing a full Korean BBQ and hotspot experience. The food is truly amazing.
