Paradisaea (@paradisaeasd ) is an absolutely beautiful restaurant located in Bird Rock, San Diego. The decor is so cute and the restaurant is themed after birds of paradise. 🦜 They were featured in the 2023 Michelin Guide, and for good reason! The food and drinks are absolutely delicious, and they have some unique dishes. I’m absolutely obsessed with their jalapeño cedar salad. 😍

Amazing service and a beautiful bar!

The Spring menu just dropped at Paradisaea and it’s so worth a revisit. Chef Anders Rubini Jensen has updated the menu, and this meal was just as spectacular as my last.  The chef is really leaning into what’s in season right now, and it shows in every dish.

Executive Chef Anders Rubini’s menu has bold flavors, uses fresh ingredients, and has serious creativity in every dish. From the first dish I tried to the dessert, everything was perfectly executed.
