Petitgrain Boulangerie is a French-Mexican bakery on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica, known for hand-shaped croissants, conchas, and pan dulce baked with locally sourced grains and produce. The team sources fruit, vegetables, and dairy from farms within hours of the bakery, and works with specialty grains milled in Pasadena. Conchas are topped with an heirloom corn masa, and the coffee is grown by small farmers in Mexico and roasted downtown. The space draws a devoted following, with pastries selling out daily and a line that forms early on weekends.
