This was my first time eating here. The service was good. The dining area is kinda oddly shaped, but they make it work given the design of the building. I ended up getting the Beef Ribs Pho. It should be called "Tomahawk Pho!" Look at the size of those beef ribs. They serve a generous portion of beef ribs. 3 large beef ribs easily came to at least 24oz of meat, plus the pho soup and noodles!

I love getting the pho from here! I get the build your own with beef balls and fatty beef brisket. It’s delicious and the meat is so good!

This is our favorite place to get pho and we have tried a lot. The customer service is simple but very friendly, we appreciate the welcoming feeling. The broth is so delicious and the meat is so fresh and tender. I always get the build your own and I choose 2 parts fatty brisket 1 part beef ball. I have tried other options of meat and they’re all very good.

🍽️ Pho Saigon Pasteur in Alhambra serves a delicious rice plate—especially the pork, which is the best I’ve had. While they don’t use traditional Vietnamese broken rice, which would elevate the dish even more, it’s still incredibly satisfying. A flavorful and memorable meal!
