I love the french toast sandwich here -it's a combination of sweet and salty. The lunch special (11am-3pm) is a good value for money. The staff are always friendly too!

Holy yum! The chicken and waffles at Red Chickz was amazing! Definitely the crunchiest chicken I’ve had in LA.

I try Red Chickz all the time because of the $2 Tender Thursdays, but this particular instance, I switched it up. I went up one extra spice level for my tender and got the “bonfire” (hot). This is one (1) spice level above my normal spice level, which is the “spark” (medium). The extra heat didn’t detract from the taste of the chicken, but I would still go back down to “spark” for my next order. This is for no reason other than just not needing extra heat with the chicken. Still tastes great.

Haven’t tried this place in a while and I’m pleased to say it’s still really outstanding Hot Chicken. Highly recommend the honey mustard or comeback sauce over the chipotle mayo to pair with the chicken.
