Our ribs are made Memphis Style with a dry rub that comes in six different spice levels ranging from Mild to Danger! The pulled rib sandwich is our most popular item with rub sauce picked slaw and cheddar cheese you get a taste of everything in between a toasted potato bun! Sides offered are Mac N Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Fries, Slaw and Cornbread.. *secret menu item* ask for "Rib Tacos" Established in 2018. Ribs Against the Machine began as a pop-up in June of 2018!
