This is a cute breakfast/brunch spot in the NoHo arts district! I love their eggs Benedict and French toasts!

EAT in North Hollywood is one of those brunch spots that feels both lively and genuinely satisfying, with a menu that goes beyond the usual basics without trying too hard. Known for its fluffy pancakes, creative French toast, and standout dishes like chilaquiles and eggs benedict, the food is consistently flavorful and comes in generous portions that actually leave you full. The atmosphere has a fun, slightly busy energy, especially on weekends, but it still feels welcoming.

So many options on the menu it was hard to choose. I’ll just have to come back to try out more! Service was quick, outdoor seating was a vibe, zero complaints from start to finish. Not pictured is the whipped coffee I ordered, which was heavenly

So many breakfast options! :) Got the blueberry pancakes — I enjoyed them :)

Chicken panini was ok. But their Huevos rancheros were good! Chai- was not. Then theres street parking.
