Ritual Chocolate Factory & Cafe

I had such a fun time touring the facility. We got the whole run down on cacao (the plant) and how it’s turned into chocolate! It is an intense and interesting process, and most of it I had no idea about!! Ritual sources their cacao fruit from ethical sources near the equator and then begins the chocolate making process here in Utah. And, it is a PROCESS. They also have a super cute cafe/store front where you can taste drinking chocolate, mochas and other pastries.
