Last dinner before our 11-hour flight to Paris. We got the Miso Tonkatsu ramen which is always a safe choice and it’s delicious as usual. Too bad they only have 1 size or else I’d have ordered a large for myself!

The guy who worked there didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Seemed annoyed that I was ordering. Didn’t want to answer my questions and he didn’t take down the extra toppings I wanted. Rude

This is probably one of the best tonkotsu (pork broth) ramen you can get in LA and it’s in every Mitsuwa food court. The salt ramen is their basic og ramen. They also have miso, spicy miso, soy sauce versions too. It’s nothing fancy since it’s in a food court but if you are craving for ramen that doesn’t break your piggy bank, this is the perfect choice.
