About Us

Sosta is a restaurant & wine bar serving Venetian-inspired cuisine by Executive Chef/Owner Luca Manderino located in the heart of Hermosa Beach CA at 439 Pier Ave. Established in 2018. Sosta started with a soft opening in late August of 2018 and had it's official launch on October 1, 2018. Chef Luca grew up in his family's restaurants and takes his main inspiration from the recipes his mother helped him create during the process of opening his first restaurant venture, La Sosta Enoteca which closed in 2016. Sosta represents an evolution of Luca's vision of providing exquisite Venetian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with impeccable service.
