The place was quite busy during my visit, and the drinks didn’t seem to be made as carefully as they usually are at other locations. The quality felt a bit rushed compared to what I’ve experienced before. It also seemed like the store might have been understaffed, which caused the service to be a little slower than expected. Great service here, all smiles. Moderately long queue at lunch hour but after ordering, the beverage came out quickly. Matcha latte iced (but with less ice) and single pump of syrup was pretty great-tasting without being overly sugary. Good environment and a variety of seating.

Staff was fast, professional, and polite. 15% capacity at 9:20 am on Sunday in Spectrum. Order came out in about 3 minutes. Matcha latte with madeleine cookies came out to $8.70 including tax and tip. Cozy environment and wide space and Christmas music plus the smell of coffee. Good speak-easy setting - Not so quiet as to not be able to have a private conversation without feeling self conscious, but not to loud as to not be able to hear your own conversation.

Omg. this is my most favorite drink at Starbucks...

Got a flat white. A bit too foamy, looks more like a cappuccino.
