Located in the Shanghai Plaza in Chinatown, this is a favourite spot of mine for a refreshing Bingsu/Bingsoo, and is nearly always packed when I go. I ordered the watermelon sauce and condensed milk on the side to control the sweetness levels, so it may not be as aesthetically pleasing as a usual order, but it still tasted amazing, even on its own! Authentic Korean Bingsoo (Korean ‘Shaved Ice’ made with shaved frozen cream or milk), made entirely from scratch. The Sul in ‘Sul & Beans’ means “snow” in Korean. They have a variety of flavors and toppings. My current favourite flavors are the Taro (featured), Watermelon, Mango and Green Tea Bingsoos. Service is friendly and efficient. Great spot to literally chill out at in this Vegas Summer heat!

One of my favourite spots to get dessert! We had the Strawberry Cheese Bingsu, which had large chunks of cheesecake and assorted taiyaki. Everything was delicious, and employees always seem happy to help. Parking can be limited during busy periods. #FlashDashFinal

This Binsoo is so good!! it's been a while!! So good quality! And they made it nicely prepared to share with your companies!! Loved Fresh Strawberry one! Binsoo. already white ice part is little bit sweet. I shared with kids so I didn't add any condense milk. But if you're sweet tooth, they gave you one!
