Warm, warmer, disco… on the new rooftop at @tantachicago for the Pisco Disco party with @caravedopisco and my girl Maya . Night 2 of my James Beard festivities was just a “pisco” inferno. I sipped a Maracuya Pisco Sour (‘cuz my passion is always passion fruit), a Piscolada with coco cream and pineapple, then that Squirrel Del Sol… it was just “nuts”. Come and “Peru”-se what I tried at a chef’s menu tasting at @tantachicago , I bet it will “tempt ya” (some of these items are to be on the Chicago Restaurant week menu, fyi).
