Awe cookie cookie now, @thesmithrestaurant was serving up a quarter pounder chocolate chip cookie on their #chicagorestaurantweek menu. My main course came out in a blaze of coconut “curry” with shrimp, mussels and rice noodles. Now maybe it was a little bit “shellfish” but inverting the order saved the best for last, the first, course that is. Oysters scampi - Calabrian chili butter, garlic breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
