The Speakeasy

Behind the big black wooden doors of a NY deli, you’ll be transported to a dark 1920s speakeasy. The wall is lined with your choice of poison. The cocktail menu offers beautifully crafted drinks at around $14. I opted for the Bee’s Knees, with gin, tonic and honey and it was a refreshing nightcap. We arrived early and had our pick up of seats, while orders are taken at the bar. Entrance is only allowed if you have the password, obtained by emailing them.

Great vibes and crowd is young

Unique speakeasy in the heart of Pasadena. Have to guess the password based on clues. Drinks are delicious and on the pricey side, and the bar is always busy so sometimes a challenge to get your order in.

A speakeasy that requires a password to get in. The interior is pretty dark with red lights around. The drinks we got were okay.

Ok I don’t know how video 2 went into slow motion but it works with the Halloween scape lol: had a drink with green chartreuse in it that took me pleasantly by surprised; our bartender was Jeremy and he was fabulous!
