Yellowtail

The location was absolutely gorgeous and the service very friendly. The texture on that tuna "pizza" was perfect - thin with the right amount of crisp, enhanced but not overpowered by the truffle. The texture in that black cod was so good, just broke apart as I touched it with chopsticks. My only critique was the sauce was a little to heavy for the quality of the short ribs. While I do love braised short ribs, I want a lighter touch with Wagyu so that I can taste the quality of the beef!

Everything we tried had tons of flavor. Each dish was very unique and delicious. Don’t skip the AB Kalbi roll
