Yummy Rice

Hong Kong-style Clay Pot Rice is a traditional Cantonese dish comprised of marinated meat and vegetables, cooked in 1 pot, then drizzled with a savoury sauce. I’m no expert, but Yummy Rice executes this dish to perfection imho! We tried the Chicken & Mushroom and the traditional Three-Preserved Meats, which includes Chinese Sausage.They were both excellent,but I personally preferred the Chicken & Mushroom.Love the flavourful, crispy rice at the bottom.
