Cash back is based on the amount you spend at participating businesses where you activated a cash back offer. To receive the reward, you must make a purchase using your connected card within 14 days of activating the offer. This is limited to one purchase per cash back offer activated. If you make multiple purchases in one visit, we will award the highest purchase amount. If you want to make a purchase at the same business, you can mark the offer as used and activate another one.

The "Video cash back" feature allows Franki Social Club Insiders and Icons (Level 9 and up) to earn additional cash back by posting videos of your dining experiences at participating restaurants. For example, if you activate a 5% Cash back offer and post a video (+1% Video Cash back), you get 6% Cash back on your purchase.

You can earn a reward for each video you post about your experience at a business, limited to one video per business location every 30 days. If you have a favorite spot you visit frequently, you can post a new video after every 30 days and earn another reward for the same business.

Earn a 'Rec Bonus' for all the purchases that people make through the content you post. For example, if someone activates a cash back offer from your video and spends $100 at the business, you will earn a percentage of the $100.

The "Level Up Bonus" rewards you with additional points or special benefits when you reach a new level in the Franki Social Club . Check the “Level” section in the “Overview” tab of your Franki Wallet for specific details on your level-up bonuses.

You move up levels by meeting specific level requirements, such as making purchases at local businesses and sharing your experiences through videos or ratings. Each level has its own set of requirements, which you can find in the overview tab of your wallet.

Gigs are your chance to earn rewards by exploring new spots and sharing your experiences by following a designated Gig prompt. Follow the rules for each Gig, and you'll have a shot at earning additional rewards. Find Gigs in the “Earn” tab, or in the Overview section of your wallet.

Note: Gig submission dates may vary by location, so check the details for your area!

Venue Gigs are tied to specific locations. To complete a Venue Gig, visit the designated business, share a video about your experience, and follow the rules to enter.

Anywhere Gigs give you the freedom to visit any business within a specified area, like Los Angeles. Share your experience from any spot within the area to participate.

No, entering into a GiG does not guarantee a win. Each GiG will have its own set of rules and prizes. Please check each GiG to see requirements and prizes.
