We are a micro roasting operation in the neighborhood of Cypress Park with a passion for delicious coffee. We make sure that you get the best flavor out of each bag of specialty coffee through constant trial and error. Once we maximize the flavor characteristics of the coffee, we are able to replicate the results through Roast Profiling. Our emphasis is also on coffee importers that value and respect the environment and their relationship with farmers & cooperatives through Direct Trade.
