Duke called Liu to dine at Seoul X collaboration of 2 Top Chef chefs. We were welcomed with a sip of orange vodka, blueberry liqueur, star anise and lemon. Amazing handmade pastas. Brilliant seared octopus app. Ditto for scallop app. Lobster agnoloti was stupendous ; rich yet light and airy in a beurre blanc sauce that I drank!
