All'Antico Vinaio

First time trying this sandwich shop. We have been seeing IG reels of this sandwich shop for a while and was finally in the area to try it. The workers recommended La Summer and La Paradiso—these were their most popular sandwiches. My husband & I really enjoyed the La Paradiso sandwich, especially the pistachio cream. We thought the La Summer was okay—it was basically a carpese sandwich (more plain/boring). If we ever go again, I think I would want to try the La District sandwich.

Got the la favolosa, honestly needed some arugula for texture but the sandwich had great taste!

I went back to the Subaru world, famous restaurant and it was all right. I thought that the bread was a little bit more burnt than usual so it wasn’t as moist. It had more baked crunchy texture. Other than that. It was pretty decent this time around they have new things on the menu all the time so I got a sandwich.

I hesitated to visit this Italian sandwich shop thinking it was just hype. But curiosity got the best of me, and I decided to try THE ITALIAN HOT: Turkey, Nduja, Provolone, Calabrian Chili Honey, and Arugula for $19. From the first bite, I was hooked. The turkey was juicy, while the Nduja added a spicy kick. Creamy provolone brought a tangy richness to the mix, and the Calabrian chili honey perfectly balanced sweetness with heat. Fresh arugula added a crisp peppery kick that rounded it all out.

The baguette is very flavorful, they have unique kind of ham and sauce. The price is fair and the portion is very big. The servers are friendly. I love their pistachio spread.

All’Antico Vinaio serves amazing Italian sandwiches. Parking is a bit tough, but the portions are huge and totally worth it. Super flavorful and filling.

I first ate here in Italy and a few years later I was pleasantly surprised when they opened a shop in koreatown! The food is always great and I suggest getting two sandwiches and split it with someone. The La Toscana is my fav ♥️
