I came to Beatrix in Chicago, IL for a drip coffee and americano, but it’s also a popular place for breakfast and brunch. Enjoy! ☕️

The food was solid with healthy options. Cozy vibes but still open air concept. Choose from more traditional breakfast entrees or healthy options like oats and organic fruit juices. They had both zero proof and regular cocktails. All the coffee and latte options as well as pastries. In addition to a red mimosa (strawberry) I also had a hibiscus kambocha to wash down my breakfast burrito.

Beatrix has become my go to place for light bites and caffeine fix. 🧁 Their array of baked goods is always fresh, and consistent. It was such a treat getting to try out Beatrix for brunch! I’m so obsessed with their concept. I don’t eat red meat, so seeing that most of their menu was either vegetarian friendly or chicken/turkey based was such a nice surprise. I was sooo impressed by our meal!
