this drink is really good. comes in one size and iced only. the flavor is the right amount of sweet. definitely worth a rebuy! my only issue is that the parking is tough but definitely worth it!

The coffee has a great balance — flavorful and rich without being too light. There’s a big parking lot, so it’s easy and convenient to find a spot. The space features beautiful wall paintings and a nice outdoor seating area, while the indoor vibe feels relaxed and comfortable, perfect for hanging out. Just a small note: there are sometimes homeless individuals near the main entrance, so you may need to walk around the building to enter. Overall, still a pleasant and worthwhile spot to visit.

We were skeptical upon entering the parking lot. Ordered an iced latte and it was surprisingly good. Highly recommended.
