fantastic texas style bbq!

This Asian inspired BBQ smokehouse has a lot to offer. From the typical barbecued meats like pulled pork, brisket, ribs, sausage, turkey, and chicken to unique sandwiches like my char siu banh mi, there's so much to choose from. The seating is spacious and there is a shared parking lot in the strip plaza. The banh mi was A-OK overall though I do think the char siu pork was slightly on the dry side. The tri-tip sandwich was good, but it could have used more mustard. It was a little dry. The sleaze balls were extremely flavorful. Dipping them in the brisket queso was the highlight!

the Asian fusion BBQ is interesting, but the brisket was drier than I expected.
