Ruby Red’s BBQ will now be serving their NEW SOUTHERN BREAKFAST menu daily 7am-12pm. They have a variety of Pancakes, Waffles, Brioche French Toast, Omelettes, Benedicts, Avocado Toast and their Ruby Specials like Brisket and Eggs! Some of my favorites were the Tender Smoked Chili Omelette, Smoked Brisket Benedict, Egg and Bacon Avocado Toast, Brisket and Eggs, Pina Colada Pancakes! My son loved the S’mores Waffles! But, seriously…EVERYTHING was so incredibly ah-mazinggg!!

I got the brisket and beef rib as my two meats and the rib was HUGE. I had to split it with some friends and they also shared some of their pork ribs with me so I’d say it was a win-win. Both the creamed corn and coleslaw were my top two sides so don’t skip out on those.

Always a good time at Ruby Red’s BBQ! So much delicious craft meats and tasty sides! Plus, their homemade cookies are so good, I always need to take one to go!

Im back for another Ruby Reds review. These pancakes are the best ive tasted. Super soft and jusut right. They make smores pancakes, now what place do you know does that. Amazing. The pineapple pancakes are so different that you never thought you needed them in you life until after you ate them. So yummy.

We went to the soft opening of this place, and it was only open to foodies to taste the food that they were going to cook for the public. Everything on the menu is so great and you can feel the love in the food. It is for sure Home cooking. All the barbecue sauces are so great. My favorite was blueberry cobbler with ice cream. They also have barbecue sliders, all the meat is cooked fresh, and you will not regret coming to this place. We are ambassadors for that restaurant.

You’ll find one of the best Texas-style smoked bbq in the OC! So incredibly tender, juicy and flavorful! But, seriously…everything was so incredibly ah-mazinggg!! My favorite part of this experience was being able to enjoy with my fellow foodie friends!! So much fun & laughter!
