Bludso's BBQ

AMAZING BBQ. brisket and ribs were so tender, warm cornbread w honey butter was perfect …. Enough for two meals also.

I heard so much about Bludso's Texas bbq, I had to come out for myself to try it. Come during lunch to try out their lunch specials for about $25. You get a choice of two meats, I chose the babyback ribs and the brisket slice. You also get a choice of two sides. i chose the collard greens and their popular mac n' cheese. I thought the portions were smaller than some of the bbq joints I've tried, but it was all good. Get their lime pie slice. it's delicious!! Also don't park on La Brea.

Seriously everything I have tried here was phenomenal! Meats are tender fall off the bone and juicy! Meats are well seasoned and bbq sauce adds just the perfect amount of flavor to it. Great service! Perfect for groups! It gets packed so be prepared to wait but well worth the wait. Can’t think of anywhere else that is worth a bbq bash!

Great BBQ — the combo platter is the best value!

One of my new fave bbq spots in LA! Such a hidden gem with really good bbq. Ribs were tender and flavorful, brisket was melt in your mouth, cole slaw was fresh and crisp, and the Mac n cheese was to DIE for. Hush puppies were delicious and the banana pudding was perfectly sweet. Literally - go just for the Mac n cheese. It was so nostalgic and creamy. If you’ve ever had Souplantation’s Mac n cheese, it’s basically the same sauce. Service was nice, friendly, and fast. Parking is limited.
