Franklin Barbecue

We FINALLY went to Franklin BBQ! We'd been dying to try it since we moved to Austin and it was phenomenal. The people in line behind us came to Austin from Ohio just to try it!!! The wait was pretty long, but they have lawn chairs so you can just chat or play games to pass the time. I highly recommend for anyone who hasn't been!

Brisket is amazing! Hands down the best brisket in town!

Everything was SO delicious (especially the brisket and ribs. I would recommend pre-ordering to skip the line.

Absolutely amazing. Add this to your Texas bbq list. Brisket is delicious. Ribs are great. Sides are not great. Potato salad and beans were boring.

We waited 3 hours in line starting at 7am to taste this world famous brisket. It was AMAZING. Well worth the wait because it was the best brisket I had ever tasted. 💯 We got 7lb of meat total, including brisket, pork ribs, and sausage with a few pints of the sides (we didn’t come here for the sides).
