Bop Ha Go, directly translated "rice and more", is derived from our staple menu item, Jumeokbap—stuffed rice balls that have long been a nationally loved convenient lunchtime snack in South Korea. True to our name, we plan on offering a wide, but selective array of ingredients that bring together familiar flavors such as Bulgogi, Kimchi, Spicy Tuna, and Spam in our elevated take on rice balls, musubi, and rolls.
