This hole-in-wall cafe is very unassuming, part of a modest food hall in the heart of Panorama City. It’s much tinier than we expected, with not a lot of seating (there’s some additional tables outside and more throughout the hall), a bit of a wait for our drinks, but the novelty of their craft matcha teas was worth it IMO. Try their “Lavanic”—a matcha oat latte base with egg pudding cream swirl, featuring a legit crème brûlée sweet glaze on top. Not too sweet but so good!!

The coffee and service here was great! It is inside a larger food court type location, which was confusing at first. Order came out fast and tasted delicious

Super great spot to grab a quick drink. They have variety of drinks from coffee, matcha and milk-tea. It’s hard to find a one quick stop that has everything (oh, did I forget to mention they have salted, sweetened, egg and creme brulee cream top?). Limited street parking spot but worth a visit every time 🥺

The hojicha is truly my favorite ive ever had because it is hand whisked to order, so few places do hojicha this well!! The donut was unfortunately not super soft but the matcha cream was really yummy!
