11/22/25 for 11/21/25 Cafe Rio Mexican Grill Salt Lake City Airport, UT... This was a great place to eat in Terminal A! The workers were nice. Restaurant was clean. I ordered a Build Your Own Bowl with mixed shredded beef, steak, mild salsa, lettuce, peppers, Mexican shredded cheese and black beans. I also had a grilled chicken taco which also included lettuce, jalapeño, sour cream, black beans, and a red salsa. To drink I had mint limeade and a refill of horchata!
