📍Calypso, Edmonds The yummiest Caribbean restaurant downtown Edmonds (just outside Seattle)!🙌😋 WE SHARED A FEW PLATES — 🥗Jerk Chicken Salad shredded jerk chicken, kale, jicama, chayote, cabbage, cilantro lime vinaigrette, pineapple salsa 🐠Seared Scallops celery root puree, bacon jam, chive oil 🍰Key Lime Pie The Jerk Salad & Scallops were the best shared plates and we loved both equally. You can’t go wrong! I’ll be excited to try some other dishes next time!😍😍
