The noodles are kinda chewy. Not too spicy, the lamb is on the chewy side.

Flavor was yummy and the noodles were good! We liked the sauciness of the dish and the vegetables that came with it. It wasn’t that spicy either so I recommend getting it medium spicy or higher. Would def come back
