Beecher's Handmade Cheese

a grilled cheese sandwich from beechers homemade cheese from the farmers market. Beechers is the perfect place to get a cheesy fixin. I like their mac and cheese more but their sandwich was pretty tasty as well!

Beecher’s Mac n Cheese was creamy and cheesy; it was definitely on a thicker side. I could tell that their cheese here is handmade!

The tomato soup with bread was sooo good, you can feel the fresh cheese flavor

Kids loved the Mac and cheese. Great to see the process and eat it fresh. Cheese was great and I’m a sucker for the word “best” and “flagship”. Another pike joint to try amid the crowds of line.
