Our business offers a very unique environment and a culturally centered vibe. Family owned and operated we specialize in Oxtails, Sancocho Jerk Mac, Pargo Frito and other Caribbean inspired meals. The goal is to share famous Panamanian & Jamaican dishes with a twist. We have blended our own jerk marinade and sauces. We cater to those who want to eat Jerk on a mild palate and a spicier taste bud. Established in 2020. Caribbean Soul Kitchen LA, known as CSKLA has been operating since 2021. We began with catering and Pop-up's around the city. After sharing our meals with the community, we became a fast sensation for Jerk Chicken lovers. Our Chef has been trained by his grandfather Executive Chef - Alfred Barnett. All of his Panamanian and Jamaican roots & recipes have been poured into each meal. Our restaurant was birthed to offer guests a Caribbean tour of flavor and hospitality.
