Quite the hearty meal! We got the 40 day aged ribeyes with super flavorful shrimp on the side. The Maine lobster tail Asian style, and the pièce de résistance: Japanese A-5 Wagyu 🤤 Of course we had to order sides of truffle Parmesan grits and green beans with toasted almonds, soy, ginger and garlic…just in case the lobster and steaks weren’t enough 😜 Great down home Dallas cooking! Service was friendly and the overall scene was a hoot. Good vibes all around!

Just wow! I have arrived to a new found love for caviar 😋. I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef Chamberlain himself. Such a nice gentleman, who gave me a complimentary off the menu taste of their amazing Tobiko Caviar. I also would highlight from my visit their sidecar cocktail 🍸, one is all you need. I also ordered their wedge salad, and shrimp cocktail. Fun Fact: Chamberlain’s has a cigar lounge connected to the restaurant, called Club 48.
