Even with these #holidaze I managed to pop into @thechristkindlmarket (did you know our Chicago one is the most popular and largest in the US?!) and visit the @bakedcheesehaus for thier famous raclette. Bubbly cheese, pickles, spring onions and Dijon. Do I “raclette” eating the whole thing?
