Bar Kamon is a 1920s Taisho Roman-inspired craft cocktail bar tucked behind a secret door inside Asa Cafe and Bakery in San Diego's East Village. The intimate space features wood-paneled walls, vintage furnishings, and crystal chandeliers that transport guests straight to a bygone era of Japanese elegance. The cocktail menu showcases inventive creations like Hojicha-Infused Negronis, Clarified Tokyo Banana, and Clarified Mezcal Milk Punch, all crafted with Japanese-made spirits. Hearty Japanese bites such as chicken katsu sandwiches and battered octopus balls round out the experience. The KAMON Lounge accommodates up to ten guests for private celebrations, and the bar also offers whiskey flights for those who prefer to explore.
Bar Kamon is located at 634 14th St #110 in San Diego's East Village, hidden behind a secret door inside Asa Cafe and Bakery.
