Self proclaimed “Japanese soul food” - a small, busy spot

Solid comfort japanese food with lots of options.

One of our regular spots for Japanese “soul food” / comfort food. If you’re looking for classic sushi, this is not that though there is a limited sushi/sashimi/roll selection. They have a fantastic negitori bowl (pictured), as well as chirashi bowl, sashimi bowl, curry katsu plate, etc. Hope you’ll try! See you at Daichan!

This cute hole in the wall place definitely lived up to expectations! The ambience of the inside is so cute, felt like we were in Japan. The menu has a wide variety, there is some thing for everyone, the waitress recommended the poke salad, and it was solid. Also, definitely recommend the melon soda. It was delicious!
