The Bar - Hand Rolls by Seabutter

Seabutter is always the best idea! I love how fresh their fish is and the way that they meticulously wrapped the rules. If I need this every day, I would.

Great portion of salmon, avocado, and rice.

The waits can sometimes be long but the food is so worth it.

#sharethelove We got the seabutter deluxe which includes their top hand rolls. Rice ratio was solid and had good texture. Started with the salmon truffle. Torched in front of us with a strong sear taste. Next was the HYE, a minced yellowtail belly and tasted fresh. Uniscallop roll also tasted fresh and good quality. Sliced T toro hand roll was buttery and melts in mouth. The wagyu smell lit up the room when it was torched.

I’ve been dying to try this spot and I was so glad to see them on DineLA. Their DineLa menu came with: Sunomono salad - refreshing Spicy tuna HR - just spicy, lacking in flavor Scallop HR - fave of the 4 Salmon Truffle HR - really good, a tad salty HYE HR - salty af Parking was easy as they have a lot attached. Service was amazing. Would def come back to try other items.
