I tried the new Motsu-nabe and pork belly, both packed with bold, rich flavors that didn’t disappoint. Of course, I couldn’t skip my favorite Combo A, with perfectly grilled pork intestines, tender tripe, and a variety of fresh and flavorful side dishes.
