Cute cafe in Irvine serving up japanese fluffy pancakes! There might be a bit of a wait, but the delicious drinks, creamy pancakes and good food makes it worth it!

Excited to try the soufflé pancakes. Came during their soft opening. Service was great and food tasted amazing. The soufflé pancake was just the right consistency and great flavor with the addition of the creme brûlée custard and berry sauce. The shrimp croquettes were yummy as well. It was a good ratio of shrimp and potatoes. Karage had a good flavor and was accompanied by an aioli dip. Overall great flavors. Would come back again to try their drinks. Check them out!

Food was delicious, the only thing is the wait time took forever since the pancakes take a while to get made and there is limited seating inside the restaurant.
