Coffee roasted in small batches, single origin coffee, rare teas, local bakery selections, house-made panini. Established in 2015. Groundswell Coffee Roasters is a micro-roaster based in Chicago, with a mission focused on quality and a friendly approach to coffee education. Our importers source coffees from regions spanning the world. We roast these coffees to achieve the optimal flavors offered by the specific origin and processing method of each bean. Then, we share it with you in our coffee bars. Located in the Ravenswood/Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago, Groundswell is dedicated to providing a warm, friendly and welcoming community destination for our neighbors, near and far.
