I’m usually a very loyal person… but this new Korean galbijjim spot? She’s got me questioning everything. 👀 Like… is this what cheating tastes like? Everything I tried hit the spot. The galbijjim was perfection — not too sweet like some other places, which I actually loved. The raw beef with Asian pear and truffle? Unreal. The seared beef with rice paper? Genius. And don’t even get me started on the soups… pure comfort. I’d come back for the tendon alone. @hwamiwon_sf . . . . . . . . . .

good quality cuts or meat. serving are typically 1lb 3 meats between 4 people is pretty good
