Love that there’s tons of seating! Only complaint is they play their music very loud. But they have one of the best matchas in town!

I was always one of those people who thought matcha tasted like dirt, and then I came to my senses. This strawberry shortcake matcha from @herocoffee is chefs kiss 🤌 It’s sweet(!) so if you like a more earthy matcha maybe skip this one and try their other seasonal drinks like the rose lolli tea. Hero has a few locations around Chicago and runs a cool program where $1 from every bag of coffee purchased goes to charity. Honestly I feel like it’s just a solid Chicago staple. 📍22 East Jackson
