Contemporary Nigerian cuisine with a California influence. Established in 2023. The inception of Ile Bistro is a story of culinary exploration and cultural fusion. Having worked in Nigeria, I (Chef Eros) embarked on a journey around the United States to broaden my culinary horizons. After a year of traveling, I decided to settle in Los Angeles, where I launched a private dining room. This intimate setting allowed us to experiment and refine our dishes, drawing on the rich flavors of West African cuisine and the fresh, innovative spirit of Californian cooking. As our unique blend of contemporary Nigerian cuisine with a Californian twist gained popularity, we realized it was time to expand. Precisely one year after opening our private dining room, we launched Ile Bistro. Our restaurant continues to celebrate the fusion of West African and Californian cuisines, offering a menu that is both familiar and excitingly new to our patrons.
