Kabuto, an upscale #Japanese restaurant serving premium quality #Edomae style #sushi, is one of my favourite sushi restaurants in Las Vegas. Their #Omakase menu features 2 set options at $120 and $175 respectively, including fish imported from Japan. We opted for the latter. The fish is exremely fresh and service is exceptional, all the staff, including the chefs, even sang Happy Birthday to my friend!Seating is limited so reservations are required (phone or Resy app only). Highly recommended!
