Following over 20 years of success, Chef Nishimura decided to move to Los Angeles and create and challenge new styles using his knowledge and cooking skills. Today, a fast growing and highly acclaimed Ramen restaurant chain around LA collaberating with many Japanese ramen chefs , Kai Ramen is unique and inviting .
