The founder of Kai Ramen is an American born Japanese Chef trained in Tokyo, Japan under several Ramen masters . Nishimura's managed his first Ramen restaurant back in 97. Following over 20 years of success, Chef Nishimura decided to move to Los Angeles and create and challenge new styles using his knowledge and cooking skills.
