Maple block meat company and Culver City is definitely someone you want to try out. The food is good. Good barbecue good service. It quick and clean and the staff was constantly picking up around us as people went in and out. Do you want for lunch so it wasn’t too much of a crowd but overall it says you check it out.

had quite possibly one of the best meals ever at Maple Block Meat Co. in Culver City. I got the 2 meat 2 sides with brisket and pork ribs and potato salad and Mac & cheese. Our jaws were on the floor. Plus you cannot forget about the cornbread….incredible

Darn good BBQ! I’ve been going to Maple Block barbecue for many years. For the most part it’s the best barbecue in the area. It’s not an extensive menu but if you want brisket, ribs, or pulled pork this is the place to go. They also have a full bar if you like to drink. We will definitely be back.
